At first he appears to be alone, but if you look closely, you may be able to make out someone else in the picture.
According to the comments on the original Reddit post, this one is a bonanza and few can notice it without a clue.

Another commenter wrote: “This is one of the most wicked optical illusions I’ve seen.”

A fourth wrote: “Despite trying to see a young woman, I only see an old man.”
One helpful commenter dropped a big hint, writing: “She’s looking away. It’s hard to see, but the old man’s nose is her jaw.”
