Tonight on Five Guys a Week, Sydney was forced to choose between two guys she liked: Doug and David. David is 24 and Doug is 30. Doug, Sydney says, was intellectual and open-minded. Besides, unlike the other males who were busy playing, Doug stayed to keep Sydney outdoors in the snow. He tried to convince her that he was not a ladies’ man, as she believed. He also cooked for her, but David had no idea how to cook.
Fans of Five Guys a Week predicted that Sydney would choose Doug over David, who is still finding his place in life. But she chose David because Doug, at 30, was too stubborn. Fans slammed Sydney for choosing a younger guy over Doug, claiming David couldn’t be 24 based on his looks.
Five Guys Weekly fans are criticizing Sydney Austin for choosing David over Doug.
Five Guys a Week fans flocked to Twitter to criticize Sydney for choosing a player over an open-minded guy. They further claimed that David lied about his age and that he is not 24 years old.

What happened tonight at five a week?
Sydney, a 25-year-old culinary influencer, brought five men into her home tonight to find a match for her on Five Guys a Week. He now lives in New York.
The guys were as follows:
- Zach is a single, 28-year-old from Pennsylvania.
- Andrew: Head of E-Commerce Operations
- David is a 24-year-old sixth grade teacher from New York City,
- Andrey is a marketing expert from New Jersey. Sir Douglas is a 30-year Yonkers carpenter and business owner.
Sydney had nothing to do with Andrey, who stayed in the corner of the room without talking to her. As a result, she decided to send him home. After Andrey left, the four remaining guys played cards and played the game “I never did.” Zach drank heavily and slept until 1:45pm the next day. Sydney objected, claiming that one of her past relationships ended due to her partner’s excessive drinking. Afterwards, she challenged the boys to an ax throwing contest.
Andrew won the round and kissed Sydney. Later, they ran into Sydney’s friends, who asked the men awkward questions. Doug came to Sydney after her friends left to reassure her that he wasn’t a player, according to Sydney’s friend. Later, David and Andrew went to her room to try to win her over. Sydney sent Zach home the next day because she thought he wasn’t trying to have a relationship with her. Sydney’s brother and parents, who had been married for 25 years, joined the three surviving boys for breakfast.
Andrew made an awkward comment in front of Sydney’s father, and his praise seemed forced. He also went on to talk about his bowel movement diary. Sydney decided to send Andrew home after talking to his parents. She ended up asking Doug and David to make her dinner. She said they were both very pleasant, but she preferred David to Doug. Every Wednesday at 10:00 PM ET, Lifetime airs Five Guys a Week.
