In tonight’s episode, Freddie recorded an emotional video while recovering in his family home where he ended up reclusive for seven months.

He revealed he suffered nightmares, flashbacks and ‘shouldn’t have survived’ the Top Gear crash, after which he was airlifted to hospital from Dunsfold Park Airport in Surrey.

Freddie was in the three-wheeled roadster while filming an episode of the BBC motoring show with co-stars Paddy McGuinness and Chris Harris.

As a result, the show was canceled and he was awarded £9 million in damages.

“I have to look at the positive sides, I have one more chance, and I will go for it. I see that it is so – the second time.”

Although taking a group of would-be cricket professionals to India was delayed for a year due to Freddie’s recovery, he was determined to make the trip happen.
