Adam Wylie was arrested for shoplifting at a Target store in Burbank, California earlier this month.
The Burbank Police Department confirmed to PEOPLE that In secret actor, 39, was arrested on Friday, Oct. 13 after Target security spotted Wiley selecting health and beauty products and going to self-checkout, where he allegedly “just scanned some items” in his cart.
