Kate Hudson reveals what she learned about love from her parents.

The “Talk About Love” actress and singer was raised by her mother Goldie Hawn (78) and Kurt Russell (73), her partner of more than 40 years. And in this week’s PEOPLE cover story, she shares a lesson from them that left a lasting impression on her.

It’s so much love and care,” says Hudson, 45, who adds that watching their dedication and kindness has kept her grounded from a young age. “They stuck with it. It’s like a very rare Hollywood story. They are in it forever. It’s wild.”
