Jo Wilson (Camilla Luddington) is still reeling from the news that she is pregnant with twins.
In PEOPLE’s exclusive preview of the Oct. 23 episode Grey’s AnatomyJo and her boyfriend Atticus “Link” Lincoln (Chris Carmack) face the reality of adding two babies to their brood, which also includes her daughter Luna and his and Amelia Shepherd’s (Caterina Scorsone) son, Scout.
“We will never put four car seats in any of our cars. Are we going to have to buy a minivan?” Link asks.

But Jo has bigger concerns as she juggles her pregnancy and work at Memorial Gray Sloan.
“You know what’s transporting those babies now? Us!” she snaps at Link.
“Every horrible symptom of pregnancy, double, double reflexes, weight gain, exhaustion,” she continues. “And then after all that, I’ll be back to work, delivering other people’s babies, taking care of not one, but two newborns, but of course, by all means, go test drive the minivan!”
Jo’s outburst comes after the Oct. 17 episode of the hit ABC medical drama revealed that the couple are expecting twins, which they discovered when Link gave his girlfriend an ultrasound.

However, the mood quickly changed when Link took a closer look, Jo said, “You can’t see, can you? Do you see that there?”
“And there too,” Link replied as Jo hopped onto the examination table with a shocked look on her face.
“Oh my God!” she said before they said together, “Gemini.”
