Video shots received by people show the scope of shocking destruction left in the Hertfordshire estate in England. Rental owner, who stated the thematic escape at Booking.com and Airbnb, shared updates about the incident in their tictic account, @homelea.stays.

“A few days ago, I walked into my Airbnb to clean it, just to get into the most terrible scenes ever. Someone turned our Airbnb upside down,” the owner narrates through a clip of destruction. “They literally destroyed the whole place.”

One of the bedrooms can be seen a large brown spot that covers the mattress while Luna Lovegood sticker looks down from the wall behind it. The owner explained in one of their Tiktoca that, although suspicious stain, it looks particularly grotesque, that fortunately, it was a mixture of “cocoa butter and coffee”.

The owner continues to walk through the object to show more decor that was torn off the place and furniture that remained ascew.

“The floating candles I had on the ceiling are on the floor. The living room is a mess, things are all out of place,” the owner continued.

Then more white substances are displayed and the “frozen chips” thrown to the floor shown. Other stains can be seen covering white walls and windows.

“Our cups and glasses Harry Potter, on the floor, are broken into pieces,” they continue. “We never did it. It’s made for families and children. Now we had to close it until it was safe.”

In the comments, the owner claims that the couple “destroyed” the rent while staying there during the weekend Valentine’s Day.

They claim that although the two “came through Booking.com”, they have not yet received help from the platform. The hosts also contacted the police after the incident.

According to the Booking.com partner, there are a number of owners who can start when it comes to handling damage caused by guests. This includes submission of requests through a partner’s responsibility program or report on the rude behavior of the guests using their tool for the guest’s misconduct. It is currently unclear whether the owners have taken any of these steps.

People turned to Booking.com and the Hertfordshire police for comment, but did not receive an immediate response.

“The couple stayed here on Valentine’s Day and destroyed the place,” the owner wrote in the comment. “I have no idea what happened, but the police are investigating and we will update everything as we get more news.”

In another video, the owner claimed that the guest had sent a message after leaving the property that allegedly read: “Excuse me for harm.” They noted that the police had all the information about the guests they needed to investigate.
