Heidi Klum and Daughter Leni Have a Cute (and Very Relatable) Moment on the 2024 Cannes amfAR Gala Red Carpet

Heidi Klum and Leni Olumi Klum had a sweet mother-daughter moment on the Cannes amfAR Gala red carpet.

On Thursday, May 23, the 50-year-old model attended the event with her 20-year-old daughter Leni. The event, which raises money for AIDS research, is one of the most glamorous events during the film festival.

The mother-daughter duo posed for photos in dramatically different combinations. Heidi wore a pink Lever Couture ruffled tulle dress in an asymmetric silhouette with a long train. She accessorized it with matching earrings and large silver and green earrings.

Leni, on the other hand, opted for a transparent black knitted dress with 3D floral details around the chest and hips. Her long dark hair was pulled back into a half updo and she added a gemstone necklace for a little sparkle.

While on the red carpet, photographers caught Heidi appearing to wipe something off her daughter’s cheek, perhaps touching up her makeup to make her perfectly camera-ready.

The mum-of-four’s plunging dress caused quite a stir, but was quickly replaced by a sheer white feathered look that Heidi changed into once at an event. She also added a white blazer.

Earlier this month, Heidi celebrated Leni’s 20th birthday in style.

On May 4, she took to Instagram to share a series of highlights from the birthday bash, including some behind-the-scenes videos of what appeared to be a photo shoot in progress.

In one shot, the supermodel wore a casual outfit including jeans and a neon yellow jacket as she directed traffic as Leni and a large group of friends crossed the street together and flashed some peace signs for the camera.

“Birthday team 🥳❤️ for Leni 🌸,” the proud mom wrote along with the photos.

In a separate birthday tribute, Heidi shared a cute video of herself holding Leni when she was a baby.

“Happy 20th birthday to Lena Oluma”, the Project runway alum she wrote in the title of the post. “Time flies. It seems like it was yesterday. I love you with all my heart. Keep shining your beautiful light.”

Her eldest child, Heidi, shares Leni with her ex, Italian businessman Flavio Briatore. After the supermodel married her ex-husband Seal, he adopted Leni. Heidi and Seal also have sons Henry Günther and Johan Riley and a daughter Lou Sulola.
