PETER Andre has admitted that his eldest son Junior is “disappointed” in him.
The Mystery Girl hitmaker has spent time reflecting on his parenting skills after announcing he is going to be a dad again.

Junior is Pete’s oldest and had the hardest time with his dad
Peter, who turned 50 last year, will welcome his fifth child with wife Emily MacDonagh.
The couple are parents to Amelia (9) and Theo (6).
Pete also shares two other children with his ex-partner Katie Price, Junior, 18, and Princess, 16.
But as the years passed, Peter said he became less strict – something his older sister was not thrilled about.
Speaking on his GB News show, he said: “In terms of my relationship with my children, I always say that being a parent is first and foremost a job.
“That goes without saying. But it’s also important to be a friend because it means I can open up to you and I can talk to you.
“Now Junior, my oldest, is a bit disappointed with my parenting because I was so strict with him and then with the other two,” he said.
“But now I’m not so strict. As each child came, I became less and less strict.”
Emily, who joined him on the show, also shared her thoughts on their parenting techniques.
She said: “I think we’re just trying to be open with them. We only have an open dialogue in the family. Who is the strictest? I think it’s a balance.

“I learned a lot from Pete as well, but you have to be strict and have those boundaries. They have to know that there is love there too.”
She further said that they struggled with raising their children on social media.
The doctor said it’s something they’re “learning about every day” since it’s still so new to parents.
Emily continued: “I try not to focus too much on their looks. I always try to tell them, that’s such a good piece of homework you’ve done or I’m really proud of you, and I saw how hard you worked today.
“So I try really hard to praise them for things other than their physical appearance so that they appreciate all aspects of themselves and not just their looks because I think there’s a lot of pressure on boys and girls to look a certain way.”
Emily showed off her blossoming baby bump during an appearance on BBC Radio 5.
Emily and Peter announced they were expecting a baby last October.
Earlier this year, Peter and Emily traveled to the UAE for some winter sunshine.
She shared a rare photo of herself and Pete with their children Theo and Amelia as she wished her followers well.
She wrote: “Wishing you all a happy and healthy 2024 from all of us….can’t believe 2023 is almost over!!!
“Thank you all for your kindness and support this year, here’s to a new year with lots of exciting things to come, love you all!! Xxxxx”.
