HGTV’s 2025 Dream Home Lives Up To Its Name!

The 29th HGTV Dream Home is a bright, airy abode in idyllic Buffton, South Carolina, a charming Lowcountry town about 15 miles outside of Savannah, PEOPLE can exclusively announce.

HGTV star Brian Patrick Flynn, who designed the home, shared his inspiration for the property with PEOPLE. “With this year’s HGTV Dream Home, I wanted every detail to reflect the beauty of Bluffton while creating a space that feels inviting and luxurious,” he shares.

The 3,000-square-foot home “is a harmonious blend of classic Southern luxury and modern sophistication,” the network said in a press release, and is perfect for indoor-outdoor living.

The space has three bedrooms and three and a half bathrooms, in its mostly open-concept floor plan, which “seamlessly connects the kitchen, dining room and living room.” A rich coastal color palette flows throughout the house, from pastel blue-green hues to deep corals.

The main bedroom is on the first floor, while the other two bedrooms are on the floor with an additional attic.

A few additional features indicate the lifestyle of the location: the property has a golf simulator, a private golf cart, a pet wash station, a pool, a fireplace, an outdoor kitchen and a pergola.

HGTV notes that the home is a “golfer’s dream” since it overlooks the nearby golf course and is right across from Hilton Head Island.
