Hoda Kotb Admits She Re-Wears Clothes on Today: 'I Have 7 Things I Love and They're Going to Get a Workout'

The ‘Today’ co-host, who hosts the fourth season of her ‘Making Space’ podcast, spoke with PEOPLE about One Last Thing

Hoda Kotb has no qualms about wearing an item of clothing more than once on television.

When asked about her latest “fashion disaster,” The Today The show’s co-host, 59, revealed that most of her clothes were “either stained, ripped or re-worn from three days ago,” she tells PEOPLE in this week’s issue.

“I have seven things that I love and they will need to be practiced. I’m wearing them again and I don’t know if it’s a disaster, but it’s definitely my style.”

The Today’s show co-host (and mom to daughters Haley, 6, and Hope, 4), who hosts the fourth season of her podcast Creating spacespoke to the magazine for One Last Thing:

The last irrational fear, probably when my children are screaming. I think something is broken, and I’m going to go tearing up the stairs only to find them looking for something.

One last moment of self care On Thursday I went to a place that has those La-Z-Boy chairs, where you can get a 30 minute foot massage. I try to do something every Thursday to refill my cup.

Last Obsession Trader Joe’s Ice Cream Bon Bons. At the end of dinner, my kids say, “Can I have our round chocolate thing?” There are some on the tray, and I just started shooting them last night. I thought, “This is heaven.”

The last perfect moment I was in bed and my girls climbed in. I thought, I’m lying here with these two, they want nothing more than to be by my side, and they couldn’t get close enough to me. It was pretty much perfect.
