American actress Brenda Song is all set to return to the big screen with the debut of Love Accidentally on Amazon’s Freevee. Brenda is known for her work on Zack and Cody and The Suite Life on Deck. After appearing in the Disney series, she went on to star in a number of films, including Cinderella, College Trip, The Social Network, Life in a Suit and The Pixie Hollow Games. Brenda Song, best known for her role as London Tipton in The Suite Life of Zack and Cody, is an American actress as of August 2023 with a net worth of $5 million. Born in Carmichael, California, she began her modeling career in grade school before moving on to national commercials. Her early commercials included commercials for Little Caesars and Barbie, and she later moved into film and television in the mid-1990s. Brenda Song’s path to stardom was not easy. Her grandmother once told her that in order to enroll her in acting school, she had to withdraw $523 from her personal savings account.
The song revealed in an interview with W Magazine:
“We were quite impoverished. We had no money. My mother was still in school, and my father was studying to become a teacher. My parents had no idea what it was about. They didn’t understand because they were immigrants or refugees.”
She credited her big break to Disney Channel’s The Suite Life of Zack and Cody, saying how important the role was to her:
“I didn’t have many auditions. It wasn’t until I became a member of the Disney family that they were so open. So I’m quite proud of that because growing up, I didn’t see many women who looked like me on TV, which was a bit depressing.”
Song has recently appeared in Dollface, Station 19, New Girl and the reboot of The Proud Family. In her private life, she is engaged to fellow actor Macaulay Culkin, with whom she has a son.
