AQUAMAN actor Jason Momoa is the latest big name looking to snap up a home in a Cornish seaside village that A-listers are scrambling to buy into.
Hollywood actress Cate Blanchett, Fifty Shades Of Grey star Jamie Dornan and Coldplay frontman Chris Martin all have holiday houses in Mawgan Porth, near Newquay.

Movie hardman Jason Statham and The Devil Wears Prada actor Stanley Tucci are also thought to have property there.
Now superhero actor Jason has been snooping around.
He was seen eyeing up a clifftop pad in the town, which locals have dubbed Hollywood-on-Sea.
One local said: “Jason filmed for Aquaman and The Lost Kingdom two hours from here, at Saunton Sands in Devon, and loved the pace of life. There is a place on the cliffs which he has apparently fallen in love with and now wants to buy.
“These kinds of home are being transformed into the luxury places you see on Grand Designs, so he would be able to make it very special. It’s the talk of Mawgan that Jason is going to be the next big star moving in.
“Not everyone is a fan of the celebs coming here but a lot of people think it’s exciting you could be doing your shopping next to Aquaman.”
Rich and famous
Developers have been snapping up plots of land, knocking down properties and creating super-homes to attract the rich and famous, locals report.
Coldplay’s Chris has been seen out shopping but other celebrities here have kept themselves more hidden away.
It is not hard to see why the showbiz glitterati are descending on this beautiful part of the UK.
But we mere mortals would need a pretty big lottery win to be able to snap up one of the Hollywood-inspired homes.

ED Sheeran’s protegee Maisie Peters wants to form a supergroup after the release of her second album.
She put out The Good Witch in June and is looking forward to playing in bands with famous pals.

Maisie said: “I have a lot of goals. The goal is to still be doing this in ten or 20 years. I want a career that spans decades.
“Then there’s more obvious immediate ones. I want to headline festivals, write books and I want to be in bands.
“I want to work with other people and do different projects as well as my own.”
On the And The Writer Is . . . podcast, she added: “I feel like that’s a real thing we should bring back – the supergroup.
“There are artists I love and I think it would be cool if we could just all be in bands. I’d like to join up with someone.”
Delta wings it with Josh

It is an awkward team-up given the actor is Kylie’s ex-fiancé.
The actor and Kylie got together in 2015 and were engaged until the Love At First Sight singer ended things in 2017 amid suspicions he had been unfaithful.
Delta’s new romcom will hit the streaming platform on September 28.
She plays a pilot who falls for Joshua’s character, who is sent to sink her business.
Delta, who has just released her new single Back To Your Heart, said of Kylie last week: “What an inspiration Kylie is. What she is doing is phenomenal.
“It shows that it doesn’t matter. If you make music that people enjoy and they want to be part of your community, that is it, you’re doing it. Dreams don’t have an expiration date.”
Emeli has a yo-star
EMELI Sande is planning a music collaboration with her fiancée, classical pianist Yoana Karemova.
They worked on the track July 25th for the singer’s last album Let’s Say For Instance in 2022.

But Emeli is hoping to do a bigger project with the pianist next time.
She said in an exclusive chat: “We’ve got quite a lot of music we want to finish together.
“It’s great when you work with someone you know so well. She’s so incredibly talented.”
Emeli has just released new single There For You, from her fifth album How Were We To Know, which will be out in November.
The couple got engaged last September but are no closer to a wedding.
Emeli said: “I’ve been so busy trying to get everything together and performing at summer festivals.
“It would be beautiful to do it in the sun. My friend was like, ‘When are you guys going to get married? I don’t care about the serious part, when’s the party? Where will the holiday be?’
“For the guests’ expectations, we might need to do it somewhere sunny.”
Paloma points the way in love

They clearly didn’t want the night to end, as they were forced to jump over a fence to get out of the East London venue after seeing Jungle perform on stage.
The singer and creative director Andrew hung around on Sunday to talk with friends after the performance, before making their great escape over the Victoria Park railings.

The singer was on stage at the Colosseum at Caesars Palace when she stopped mid-song to prevent the dancing man being put back in his seat.

His mum Trisha said that while it was “strange” to have the TV personality over to stay, she was put at ease by her “down to earth” nature.

“She’s a great girl. I’m still very fond of her and it’s a pity that things didn’t work out for them, but that’s life.”
