Royal Stafford spokesman said: “With great sadness, directors announce the closure of RST Limited, who trades as a Royal Stafford, with the current effect.”
In recent months, the company has faced a dramatic reduction in orders and together with an increase in energy prices, which is why he is unable to afford to continue trading.
The company traded as a manufacturer and salesman of the Table from its Burslem factory since 2007, when its current owners bought the job and property of the Royal Stafford Tableware Limited.

The closing of the factory resulted in the release of 83 employees, many of whom have worked for the company since 2007 and some who previously worked for the Royal Stafford. “
Over the years, the company has evolved, moving from bone production in China to earthenware.
He even survived multiple changes in ownership and spread.
Union leader Colin Griffiths expressed deep concern, calling an “waking call” to the Government and his industrial strategy.
He warned that without intervention, the British industry of ceramics is facing extinction.
“Livestock cannot be powered by stoves with wind and batteries.
“Energy costs are pushing the sector over the edge, while illegal imports drive down the commands.
“Our ceramic and ceramic industry is vital to economic growth and support thousands of jobs in the UK.
“The time for a warm word is over; now we have to see the action,” he said.
Council leader Jane Ashworth plans to contact Royal Stafford owners to request an emergency meeting, the officials said.
“We know that national factors, including high energy accounts, made it difficult for things to local employers, but we are dedicated to improving our economy,” they said.
“This includes the main plans for Burslem, which include the city’s regeneration as part of a multi -million dollar package of public improvements throughout the city.”
The closure has triggered concern among local officials, and the Burstram City Council has offered support to the affected workers.
The Council committed to assist in the search for jobs and career instructions, while also committing himself to the efforts to revive the local economy through the regeneration projects in the city.
The last company of the company is marked by the final sale, offering the remaining public supplies.
