IIT Short Courses: The Indian Institute of Technology, Kharagpur is organizing a short course in Quantum Computing and Information, which will take place from 24 July 2023 to 28 July 2023. The main focus of this course is to provide participants with a comprehensive understanding of the essential components of quantum form, which is crucial to advances in information and quantum computing.

During the course, participants will learn about fundamental concepts such as quantum gates, quantum algorithms, classical information transmission with and without security, and teleportation. These concepts play an important role in the field of information and quantum computing.

The 2022 Nobel Prize in Physics debate, which focuses on experimentally demonstrating nonlocality, offers students the opportunity to understand the foundations of quantum mechanics. To be eligible for this course, candidates must have an advanced degree such as B.Tech, BS, MSc, MTech or PhD in Physics or must be a professor with a Master’s degree in Engineering or College.
