Influencers Kylan and Izzy Darnell Respond to Commenters Alleging Their Christmas Hauls of Designer Bags, Shoes Are Fake

Kylan and Izzy Darnell have responded to TikTok commenters who claim their luxury Christmas deals included fake designer items.

Days after posting TikTok videos of their luxury gifts from their parents on Christmas Day and receiving comments accusing their designer bags of being fake, the sisters hit back at commenters in new videos.

“Did you get this at Walmart? I have the exact same bag!” one person wrote on a TikTok video posted by Izzy, 18, on December 25, while other people questioned the authenticity of the gifts and demanded to see receipts.

On Friday, December 27, Izzy shared a nearly three-minute video of the reaction.

“Somehow you guys hate it so much that you try to make me hate my Christmas presents from my parents who went out of their way to buy me those presents. … It’s not me, it’s you. I’m sorry, but for people on this app to try to bully a teenager into hating what their parents bought them is wild,” Izzy said, before exclaiming in a sing-song voice, “You’re all crazy.”

In a now-deleted video that was ripped up by other users, Kylan, 20, appeared to admit that some of the gifts were fake.

“Some of my things that are designer are real and some are fake. I thought it was everybody’s business,” Kylan explained, adding, “I didn’t mean to offend anyone, but whenever my mom gives me a Christmas present, I’ve been raised to be grateful for whatever I get.”

Then, on Saturday, December 28, Izzy teamed up with Kylan to show off the second batch of gifts born from social media hate.

“Because everyone here is a D1 hater, you made my mom and dad feel so bad about our Christmas presents,” Izzy said.

Izzy continued: “They went and bought us all new ones – and, not only did they buy the same handbags again so we could have more, so we have real ones and fake ones. Confirmation? Give them confirmation.”

Then Kylan held her phone up to the camera to share what appeared to be a legitimate digital receipt from online store FWRD.

“Not only did we get those purses – show them the t——s,” Izzy told her sister, who then turned her attention to her chest and said, “We got tits!”

“We have a nose too,” Izzy said of the nose job. “So shut up.”

“This is real, everyone. We would never share a bill or anything like that, because we’re not like that and don’t believe it,” Kylan said at the time

“But you all asked for it!” – exclaimed Izzy. “Justice has been served.”
