Michael Strahan’s daughter Isabella spends quality time with her twin sister before starting chemotherapy.
The USC student has been undergoing treatment for a malignant brain tumor known as medulloblastoma since October 2023. Medulloblastoma is located in the part of the brain that controls coordination and movement.
The 19-year-old posed with her sister Sophia in a new Instagram photo of the two girls hugging in bikinis.
On Monday, Sophia shared a cute photo and short video of the two of them relaxing in a pool together. “Me again 👭,” she simply captioned the post.
Shortly after the 19-year-old went public with her diagnosis, her twin sister Sophia posted a series of photos of the pair on Instagram. She boasted about how strong Isabella had been in recent months.
“I am so lucky to have the most wonderful sister and best friend in the world,” Sophia wrote in the caption of the post. “The last few months have been much harder than we could have ever imagined, but I’ve realized how strong you are. You inspire me and I am so proud of you. We forever 💞.”
“Best sister ❤️,” Isabella replied.
Isabella shared her health journey in a new topical YouTube series. In the third — and latest — installment, she revealed after “six long weeks” of treatment, she finished radiation in December 2023.
“I’m so excited to finally be done,” the model said in the video. “I’m very happy that I’m finally on the mend after all of this because the side effects and everything else is affecting you,” she admitted.

After finishing the radiation, Isabella told about her condition with Good morning America. She explained that she will begin chemotherapy at Duke Children’s Hospital & Health Center in Durham, North Carolina.
“That’s my next step. I’m ready to start and be one day closer to the end,” she said. “I’m very excited for this whole process to be over. But you just have to keep living every day, I think, through the whole thing.”
In her second vlog, she revealed that she froze her eggs due to radiation and chemotherapy. “That wasn’t fun for me. Not at all,” Isabella said honestly as she sat on the couch with Sophia and her father’s girlfriend, Kayla Quick.

In her first vlog, Isabella said her journey with cancer was challenging and that she didn’t feel like herself after treatment, but her perspective ultimately changed after the experience.
“These last two months have been difficult,” she continued. “It was challenging and very difficult, but I know I will endure it. I know that time will heal and things will go back to the way they were – I can’t say it’s normal because there’s no normal in my life now, but things will go back to calmer.”
