Jackie Goldschneider Says She’s Grateful for ‘New Friendships’ amid Falling Out with Margaret Josephs

Jackie Goldschneider and Margaret Josephs are not ready to mend their differences after their recent conflict.

During the “In a Jersey State of Mind: Part 2” panel at BravoCon 2023, Goldschneider, 47, shared that she was “very grateful for my new friendships” while dating her The Real Housewives of New Jersey costar, adding, “I had a great time and I appreciate all the love.”

Her co-star Dolores Catania stated that the cast was “surprised by the Jackie situation”.

“I was. I think everybody was. They’re not in the same place that Jackie and Margaret were,” explained Catania, 52. “But I’m happy that she’s here and I’m in a good place with Jackie. That’s all it’s important to me.”

During the first part RHONJ panel, Josephs, 56, opened up about the feud with her former friend, saying: “Jackie and I are not where we used to be in life, we’re not where we used to be, which is sad.”

“She told me we’re not as close as we used to be. I think I took offense at that and things went a little wrong,” Josephs continued, later adding, “She’s got a nice case of amnesia.”

RHONJ star Melissa Gorga also spoke out, saying: “I love Jackie, we’ve been friends forever, but a lot of things have come out of left field… It’s confusing to me. I don’t know how authentic she is about her new life decisions. Everyone needs to remember who they are his friends when he’s down, not just when he’s standing up.”

However, Goldschneider clarified that she had no problem recalling the events that transpired between her and Josephs.

“I remember everything very clearly and I think that clarity is why I’m there and not with Margaret,” she said.

The reality star went on to explain that she didn’t ask to be on a different panel than Josephs. “Friendships develop, but again, it was a change made by seniors,” she said. “It wasn’t just about me, someone was replaced with me. But I’m very happy to be here. I belong here.”

Goldschneider’s panel also included Catania, Jennifer Aydin, Bill Aydin, Paulie Connell, Teresa Giudice and Louie Ruelas, while Josephs’ panel included Danielle Cabral, Nate Cabral, Joe Benigno, Frank Catania, Jennifer Fessler, Rachel Fuda, John Fuda, Melissa Gorga and Joe Gorga.

Goldschneider discovered during the visit Watch What Happens Live with Andy Cohen last month that she was “going through something with Margaret” but did not reveal what happened.

As recently as July, the pair’s friendship seemed to be growing stronger as Josephs shared a photo of her, Goldschneider and their husbands on Instagram, captioning it: “A good time called and we answered 💃🎉❤️❤️💋👧🏼 #friendsforever”
