Jameela Jamil Mourns Friend Isabelle Thomas, the Killers of the Flower Moon Producer’s Wife Who Died by Suicide

Jameela Jamil is mourning the sudden loss of her friend Isabella Lawrence Thomas, who was found dead in a Los Angeles hotel on Monday.

The Los Angeles County Coroner’s Office ruled the 39-year-old’s death a suicide. Isabelle had twins Poppy and Grace with producer Bradley Thomas, whom she married in 2018. Thomas is one of the Oscar-nominated producers behind Martin Scorsese’s film Killers of the Flower Moon.

Jamil and her musician boyfriend James Blake were friends with Isabelle, or Izzy, a former DJ and model. The Good place The 37-year-old actress took to Instagram following the news.

“I lost a friend very suddenly this week. Don’t wait until later. Don’t think you can just grow old together. Don’t assume the world is fair or makes sense. Don’t take anyone or anything you love for granted for a minute,” she wrote Thursday. “My heart is completely and utterly broken and I don’t think I’ll ever recover,” Jamil added.

The British model/actress added that she was “supposed to see” Isabelle “a few weeks ago but couldn’t because I was busy with stupid work.”

“I missed the chance to tell her I love her. And to hug her one last time,” wrote Jamil. “This is your reminder to put your loved ones first so you never have the nagging regret I have right now. P— work. J— nonsense. Call your loved ones.”

Thomas and Isabelle have been attending red carpet events and premieres together over the years and recently posed together at the 2024 BAFTA Tea Party at Maybourne Beverly Hills on January 13 in Beverly Hills.

According to Deadline, Isabelle’s family has requested that all donations in her honor be made to the Mental Health Coalition.
