Jamie Chung and Bryan Greenberg said they tragically lost their home to the Los Angeles fire.
On Wednesday, Jan. 8, Greenberg, 46, shared a message on his Instagram Stories, giving an update on his family’s well-being.
“The family is safe and that’s the only thing that matters. Everything else is just stuff. Thanks for signing up. Take care out there!” he wrote.
He also posted a picture of what appeared to be the ruins of their house after the fire engulfed it. “It was all a dream. Fortunately, the family is safe. Thank you to all the firefighters who risked their lives. Stay safe out there,” he captioned the image.

Before Greenberg and Chung, 41, evacuated their home, Bride wars star reposted a photo of their twin sons and Chung playfully walking on his back. “They are doing their best. Life is beautiful for the babies before the evacuation. The best parents.”
Like Greenberg, Chung also posted a message on her Instagram account, thanking the “brave firefighters” for their service.
“Thank you to all our brave firefighters and firefighters. If you are in the red warning zones, get your bags ready. Safety first. A prayer for all the families affected by the fires,” she wrote.
PEOPLE has reached out to reps for Chung and Greenberg for comment.

Greenberg and Chung became engaged in December 2013 and married two years later in Santa Barbara, California. In October 2021, they announced the arrival of their children via surrogacy.
More than 100,000 residents are under evacuation orders as of Thursday, Jan. 9, due to the Eaton Fire and the Palisades Fire. City officials reported five fatalities on Wednesday, although the exact number has yet to be determined.
Many residents, including celebrities, were forced to leave their homes. PEOPLE reported that names include Adam Brody and Leighton Meester, Anna Faris, Cobie Smulders and Taran Killam, John Goodman, Jennifer Gray.
