Jamie-Lynn Sigler Says 'Beautiful and Healthy and Perfect' People Are 'Abusing' Ozempic

Jamie-Lynn Sigler admits she feels “invigorated” by the popularity of the drug Ozempic, which is intended for type 2 diabetes but is widely used off-label for weight loss.

In a new episode of MeSy, Sigler’s podcast with Christina Applegate, the actress said the ubiquity of drugs has almost derailed the body positivity movement.

“I’m mad at myself for admitting it, and I’d like to understand why I’m a little upset about all the Ozempica stuff. It’s upsetting me. I wish I didn’t care,” Sigler, 42, told Applegate. The reason for her upset is that “it felt like we were on the road to entrenching body positivity, every shape, size and color, and now everyone looks the same.”
