In his professional debut against the San Francisco 49ers, Brisker had four catches and recovered a fumble, winning 19-10. Brisker had his first career interception on October 24 against the New England Patriots. On November 20, while playing against the Atlanta Falcons, Brisker attempted to tackle running back Marcus Mariota and collided with tight end MyCole Pruitt. Moreover, Brišker, who was slowly getting up, was given help outside the field. Brisker was diagnosed with a concussion the next day, forcing him to miss the next two games. Therefore, Brisker finished the season with 104 total tackles, four sacks, two pass deflections, a forced fumble, a fumble recovery and an interception. After the regular season, Pro Football Focus selected Brisker to the All-Rookie Team in 2022. Therefore, CBS Sports Chicago named him the Bears Rookie of the Year.
