Jason Kelce Lies Fireside in Just a Robe for New Campbell's Chunky Commercial: 'Is It Hot in Here?' (Exclusive)

Jason Kelce helps Campbell turn up the heat.

The former Philadelphia Eagles player touts the soup company’s growing line of spicy options in a fur-filled, retro-inspired ad.

In the 15-second clip, which was first shared with PEOPLE on Sept. 9, the NFL star lies seductively on a fur rug. Kelce is disheveled, dressed only in an eagle-embellished robe and his signature flip-flops, in front of a roaring fire. He is surrounded by candles, and in front of him is a golden tray with a bowl of Campbell’s Chunky Spicy Nashville-style hot chicken soup.

“Chunky is angry. And it’s good to be angry,” he says at the beginning of the video.

He continues, “I’m talking about chunks of fiery, delicious protein,” and pauses to sample a spoonful. “Oh! Is it hot in here or is it just…chubby?”

At the end of the commercial, Kelce utters the slogan of the campaign “Soup that eats like a meal”.

New York Giants defensive lineman Dexter Lawrence stars in his own Chunky commercial, which was also released on September 9.

Along with the hot ads, there will be a toll-free phone line that soup and football fans can call to hear more about the spicy Chunky soup line from Kelce himself. Starting September 16, fans can call 1-855-HOT-SOUP to be serenaded by the father of three’s description of the soup.

This isn’t the first time the Super Bowl champion has joined forces with soup-er brand. While Jason may not be on the field this NFL season, he will tune into the games as part of ESPN Monday night countdown team. There, he promises to treat his younger brother like any other player.

“I don’t know if I talk about Travis any differently than I talk about anybody else. I mean, I feel like I’ve been praising him for as long as I can remember,” Jason told PEOPLE. “I have to be honest, I think it’s important to do that whenever you’re commentating. So I’m just going to try to do that and just organically say what I think and not think too much about it.”
