Jay Bhanushali started working in Indian Television in 2005. His first TV show was Kasautii Zindagii Kay, in which he played the role of Arjit. In 2007, he played a supporting role as Varun Bhaskar in the TV series “Dhoom Machaao Dhoom”. In the same year, he started playing the lead role in Ekta Kapoor’s Star Plus drama series Kayamath, playing the role of Neev Shergill. The series gave him a major breakthrough in his career, for which he won the Indian Television Award for Male Debut and the Indian Television Award for Best Supporting Actor.
