JAY-Z is accused of raping a 13-year-old girl with Diddy after the MTV VMAs, a bombshell lawsuit claims.
A civil lawsuit filed Sunday accuses the rapper of sexually assaulting an unidentified teenage girl at an after-party in 2000.

The anonymous plaintiff, named only as Jane Doe in court documents, said she was raped at a house party, according to NBC News.
She claims that a driver from the VMAs who claimed to work for Diddy drove her to a house where she drank a drink that left her “in a daze” before the alleged attack.
The lawsuit alleges that Jay-Z held her down and raped her while Diddy and an unnamed celebrity looked on.
It’s part of a federal lawsuit filed against Sean ‘Diddy’ Combs, 55, in New York in October – refiled on Sunday to include Jay-Z.
Diddy is in jail in New York ahead of his trial next May on racketeering and sex trafficking charges.
Jay-Z (55), whose real name is Shawn Carter, denied all the accusations against him.
In a statement to The Sun, the rapper called the suit “blackmail”.
He said: “My lawyer has received a blackmail attempt, called a demand letter, from a ‘lawyer’ [representing Jane Doe].
“What he calculated was the nature of these allegations and the public attention would make me want to settle.
“No, sir, it had the opposite effect!
“That made me expose you for fraud in a VERY public way. So, no, I won’t give you ONE RED PENNY!!”
The lawsuit alleges that Jane Doe was dropped off by a friend at Radio City Music Hall for the VMAs on Sept. 7, 2000, but did not have a ticket to the event, according to NBC.
Court documents say she went to several limo drivers to get into the venue or the after party.
One driver said he worked for Diddy and claimed she would “fit what Diddy was looking for,” according to the lawsuit.
He then invited her to a party and later drove her to the house where the after-VMA party was held.
She was dropped off at a white house with a U-shaped driveway before being asked to sign a document, which she said could have been a non-disclosure agreement.
Jane Doe claimed she went to a room to rest after being offered a drink that made her feel “dizzy, dizzy and [like] she had to lie down,” writes NBC.
The lawsuit further claims that Diddy and Jay-Z entered the room after Diddy yelled “You ready to party!”
Jay-Z then allegedly stripped, held and assaulted her while Diddy and an unnamed celebrity watched the alleged rape.
In a statement to The Sun, Jay-Z added: “These allegations are of such a heinous nature that I am asking you to press criminal charges, not civil ones!!
“Whoever would commit such a crime against a minor should be imprisoned, do you agree?
“These alleged victims would deserve real justice if that were the case.”
Jay-Z’s statement added: “My only heart is broken for my family.
“My wife and I will have to sit our children down, one of whom is at an age where her friends will surely see the press and ask questions about the nature of these claims, and explain the cruelty and greed of people.”
He has denied the allegations made in the lawsuit, and Diddy has also disputed the allegations against him.
A spokesman for Sean Combs added: “This amended complaint and the recent extortion suit against [Jane Doe’s lawyer] exposes its slew of lawsuits against Mr. Combs for what they are: shameless publicity stunts, designed to extract payments from celebrities who fear that lies will be spread about them, just as lies have been spread about Mr. Combs.
“As his legal team has already said, Mr. Combs has full confidence in the facts and the integrity of the judicial process. The truth will prevail in court: that Mr. Combs has never sexually assaulted or trafficked anyone – male or female, adult or minor. “

Jay-Z’s full statement following the rape allegations
“My lawyer received a blackmail attempt, called a demand letter, from “the lawyer”… What he calculated was the nature of these allegations and public scrutiny would make me want to settle.
No sir, it had the opposite effect! This made me expose you for fraud in a VERY public way. So no, I won’t give you ONE RED PENNY!!
These allegations are of such a heinous nature that I am asking you to file criminal charges, not civil ones!! Whoever would commit such a crime against a minor should be imprisoned, do you agree?
Those alleged victims would deserve real justice if that were the case.
This lawyer, who I did a little research on, seems to have a pattern of that kind of theatrics!
I have no idea how you became such a miserable man, Mr. [X]but I promise you I’ve seen your kind many times. I’m more than ready to deal with your type. You claim to be a Marine?! Marines are known for their bravery, you have no honor or dignity.
My only heart is broken for my family. My wife and I will have to sit our children down, one of whom is at an age where her friends will surely see the press and ask questions about the nature of these claims, and explain the cruelty and greed of people. I mourn another loss of innocence. Children should not have to suffer this in their youth. It is unfair to try to understand the inexplicable levels of malice intended to destroy the family and the human spirit.
My heart and support goes out to the true victims of the world, who have to watch their life story costumed for profit by this ambulance chaser in a cheap suit.
You have made a terrible error of judgment in thinking that all “celebrities” are the same. I’m not from your world. I’m a young man who made it out of the Brooklyn Project. We don’t play games like this. We have very strict codes and honor. We protect children, you seem to be exploiting people for personal gain. Only your network of fake physics conspiracy theorists will believe the idiotic claims you made against me that if it weren’t for the seriousness surrounding child harm, would be laughable.
I can’t wait to show you how different I am.”
