Jaya Nair is an Indian scientist and computer engineer who worked for the Indian Space Research Organization (ISRO). She is the wife of S. Unnikrishnan Nair, Director of Vikram Sarabhai Space Center (VSSC). He was part of the team of scientists involved in Chandrayaan-3, India’s third lunar probe mission, which will successfully land on the moon in August 2023.
