The order to release the bombshell files was issued by New York Judge Loretta Preska in connection with a 2015 defamation lawsuit filed by Virginia Roberts Giuffre against Ghislaine Maxwell.

Of the more than 100 names in the new files, which will include emails, legal documents, depositions and more, there is no suggestion that many of those named have been accused of any wrongdoing.

The names appearing in the documents include several A-listers:

Prince Andrija

The documents, which include previous testimony from Maxwell, contain a number of allegations, including that Prince Andrew took part in an “underage orgy”.

An unnamed Jane Doe – believed to be his accuser Giuffre – was allegedly “forced” by convicted sex offender Epstein to “have sex with this prince” and to “give the prince everything he asked for.”

A 2014 court filing listed on page 129 of the unsealed documents alleges that Maxwell “facilitated acts of sexual abuse of Prince Andrew by acting as a ‘madam’ for Epstein.”

It further alleges that Jane Doe 3, believed to be Giuffre, was held as a sex slave by Epstein and was “forced to have sexual relations with this prince while underage in three different geographic locations.”

The alleged incidents took place “in London (in Ghislaine Maxwell’s apartment), in New York and on Epstein’s private island in the US Virgin Islands (in an orgy with numerous other underage girls).”

The unsealed documents allege that Epstein told Jane Doe 3 to “give Prince everything he asked for.”

He also allegedly “demanded that Jane Doe #3 report to him the details of the sexual abuse.”

Jane Doe 3, according to the filing, was sold to “foreign presidents, prominent prime ministers and other world leaders.”

Giuffre previously claimed she was forced to have sex with Andrew in three separate locations, including an orgy on Epstein’s island.

It comes as…

In the transcript of his statement, Maxwell claims that Andrew only visited Epstein’s ‘paedo’ island once.

She added that there were no girls during the prince’s visit – only female staff.

And she denied that she ever “at any time, in any place, at any time ever asked Virginia Roberts or whatever her name is now to have sex with anyone.”

Andrew has always denied any wrongdoing and told the BBC in 2019 that he had never met Virginia Giuffre.

Maxwell also said under oath that she “doesn’t remember” being in London with Giuffre (then Roberts) and Andrew – despite photos showing the three of them together.

Bill Clinton

Epstein is alleged to have told one of his accusers that former US President Bill Clinton “likes them young” when talking about girls.

But the documents also reveal that Maxwell denied Clinton ever visited Epstein’s island.

She said, “The claim that Clinton ate on Jeffrey’s Island is 100% false,” before adding, “I’m sure he ate on Jeffrey’s plane.”

Maxwell also mentioned Clinton and Prince Andrew in an angry email sent in 2015, the same year Giuffre’s lawsuit was filed, included in the filing.

In an email, Maxwell wrote: “I can’t even see what the hell of a post-print life looks like.

“Statements that don’t tell everything only lead to new questions. What is my relationship with Clinton? Andrew? So on.”

Stephen Hawking

Newly released documents also reveal that Epstein sent an email to Maxwell denying claims that Professor Stephen Hawking was involved in an underage orgy.

In the message, sent on January 12, 2015, Epstein asked Maxwell to find out if any of Giuffre’s friends or family would come forward to help prove her allegations were false.

Epstein wrote: “You can issue a reward to any of Virginia’s friends, acquaintances, family who come forward and help prove her allegations false.

“The strongest is the Clinton dinner, and the new version in the Virgin Islands that Stephen Hawking participated in an underage orgy.”

In 2015, photographs emerged showing how physicist Hawking, who died in 2018 at the age of 76, was housed on Epstein’s private Caribbean island before Epstein was first accused in 2006.

Epstein accuser Johanna Sjoberg – who claims Prince Andrew once groped her with a doll – claims she met Michael Jackson at Epstein’s Florida mansion.

Asked if she “met anyone famous” while with Epstein, she said: “I met Michael Jackson.”

Ms Sjoberg was questioned about where she met singer Billie Jean and told lawyers: “At his house in Palm Beach. At Jeffrey’s house in Palm Beach.”

Lawyers asked whether Ms Sjoberg massaged Jackson, who died in 2009, but she replied: “I didn’t.”

The names of Leonardo DiCaprio, Cate Blanchett and Bruce Willis appear once and only briefly in the nearly 1,000-page document.

They are not said to have done anything wrong.

Titanic star DiCaprio, 49, Australian actor Blanchett, 54, and Die Hard legend Willis, 68, were mentioned in arguments between Ms. Sjoberg and lawyer Laura A. Menninger during Giuffre’s 2016 lawsuit against Maxwell.

The papers also reveal that Epstein liked to brag about his phone calls to Hollywood stars.

Ms Sjoberg, who claims she was abused by Epstein and accomplice Maxwell in the late 1990s, said the disgraced financier once rejected DiCaprio and Blanchett while they were having a massage.

The lawyer said: “I saw a newspaper report that said you met Cate Blanchett or Leonardo DiCaprio.”

Ms Sjoberg replied: “I haven’t met them, no.

“When I talked about them, it was while I was massaging him [Epstein], and he would go down — he would be on the phone a lot at the time, and one time he said, ‘Oh, that was Leonardo, or, that was Cate Blanchett, or Bruce Willis. Stuff like that.”

Donald Trump

Donald Trump is the second former US president to be mentioned in court documents.

In Ms. Sjoberg’s statement, she claims that Epstein once suggested inviting Trump, 77, to arrange a trip to a casino during an unscheduled visit to Atlantic City.

She told lawyers that a flight to New York carrying Epstein, Maxwell and Giuffre in 2001 was diverted to New Jersey City.

Ms Sjoberg said: “As we were flying Jeffrey said, ‘Why don’t you get in the cockpit to check the landing?’

“So we were sitting there, and the pilots told me to go back and tell him we couldn’t land in New York and we were going to have to land in Atlantic City.”

She added: “Jeffrey said, ‘Great, we’ll call Trump and we’ll go to’ — I don’t remember the name of the casino, but — ‘we’ll go to the casino.’

Epstein and Trump moved in the same social circles in the 1980s and 1990s.

After Epstein’s arrest in 2019, Trump said he was “not a fan of him.”

David Copperfield

In her deposition, Ms. Sjoberg also claimed to have met magician David Copperfield at Epstein’s home.

Epstein’s alleged victim said the American star, 67, was having dinner at the financier’s home when he asked her if she knew other girls had been paid to bring in new girlfriends.

The document says: “David Copperfield was having dinner at Epstein’s and there was another girl present who looked young and Johanna asked what school she went to and Johanna didn’t recognize the name of the school as a college and said it might have been high school girl.

“Johanna said Copperfield ‘questioned me about whether I knew the girls were paid to find other girls’.”

Ms. Sjoberg did not say when or where the meeting took place.

In her testimony, she said: “Someone called me from home and said that he will come, and if I want to come to dinner, then I can meet him.”

Ms. Sjoberg said that Copperfield performed magic tricks at dinner and that she viewed him as a friend of Epstein’s.

Copperfield has denied any wrongdoing and said he regrets his relationship with Epstein.

Other celebrities mentioned

OTHER famous people are named in the documents – but only very briefly and in passing:

  • Al Gore
  • Naomi Campbell
  • George Lucas
  • Cameron Diaz
  • Kevin Spacey

The names of Epstein and Maxwell’s victims, associates and alleged co-conspirators, along with other A-listers mentioned in passing, will continue to be made public as part of the document, according to Preska’s order.

Epstein and Maxwell alone have been charged with allegedly sexually abusing dozens of young girls at his Upper East Side townhouse and his Palm Beach beachfront mansion between 2002 and 2005.

Giuffre’s 2015 defamation lawsuit was settled — but some of those involved in the trial were identified in the ruling through links to interviews they had previously given.

Judge Preska cited this as the reason why their identities should not remain sealed.

She ruled there was no legal justification for continuing to withhold the names of more than 150 “John and Jane Does” mentioned in court filings related to Epstein.

The media requested that the documents be published and they have been published continuously since 2019.

Wednesday’s unsealing was the eighth release from the defamation case since 2015.

In 2021, Giuffre sued Prince Andrew for abuse and infliction of emotional pain.

They settled in February 2022 for a reported £10m, although he has always denied the allegations against him and claimed he had no recollection of ever meeting Giuffre.

Epstein killed himself in 2019 while awaiting trial.

Maxwell, 62, is serving 20 years for sex trafficking.
