Jenn Tran met the parents of her last four on the August 19 episode Bachelor.
First she went to Houston with Devin.
“The first night, if you had told me Devin was going to get Hometown in Houston, Texas, I probably wouldn’t have believed you,” Jenn, 26, said in an on-camera interview. “But as the weeks went by, Devin really surprised me.”
First, Jenn met Devin’s running club, which wore t-shirts with the faces of reality stars. Devin’s friends asked him what he likes about Jenn, and Devin, 28, said, “She accepts me for who I am 100%.”

Devin introduced Jenn to his dog Charlie, and then to mom Jennifer, dad Tem, grandpa Gary, grandma Phyllis, and brother Pierce. The trucking company owner told his family how his trip with Jenn took them to Australia, and Jenn asked Devin’s loved ones if they had heard of Thunder Down Under. “He put on a little show,” Jenn told Devin’s family, adding that he was wearing a G-string.
“As little as they could let me carry,” Devin interjected.
When he spoke privately with Tema, Devin told his dad that he was “pretty sure” he loved Jenn.
“She’s the person I see for the rest of my life,” Devin said.

Jenn expressed a similar sentiment to Jennifer.
“I just really fell like we’ve reached a point in our relationship where I feel so strongly about him and I can really see a future with him,” Jenn said.
Jennifer encouraged her son to tell Jenn how he felt even though he worried that other men would remain in the running for her heart.
“If you feel that way, don’t hold back,” Jennifer told Devin, adding, “You’re not going to be the one if you don’t.”
After they parted ways with his family, Devin told Jenn that he loved her.
“I’m falling in love with you so much,” Jenn replied.
DATE OF JEREMY’S HOMETOWN
Jeremy started in his hometown of Farfield, Connecticut, bringing Jenn to Stew Leonard’s.
“This is the craziest store I’ve ever been in!” Jenn told the cameras after seeing singing milk cartons, a cow mascot and homemade donuts at the store.
Jenn and Jeremy, 29, shared a lobster roll before running into his aunt. They then put together a bouquet to take to his mom, Karen.
The PA student also met Jeremy’s stepfather Michael, his sisters Lindsey and Emily, and Lindsay’s fiancé Alex. Jeremy informed his family that he told Jenn he had a big penis when they first met.

“When they called her the bachelor, she described what she was looking for in a boyfriend, and I said to myself that it’s not Jeremy,” Karen said in an on-camera interview.
When Jenn talked to Emily, she asked Jeremy’s younger sister if he would be willing to get engaged at the end of the process. Emily said “maybe not” and went on to tell her brother that Jenn thought he was protected because “they haven’t really expressed how you feel about each other.”
“I’m not going to sit here now and say, ‘Oh, I’m going to propose to her tomorrow,'” Jeremy told the cameras. “I’m taking it day by day.”
Still, Jeremy told his mom, “I’m very happy with everything.”
Karen pointed out that Jenn still has three men in the race, but Jeremy is feeling confident.
“She likes me the most,” he assured.
Jenn left the conversation with Karen feeling discouraged because she didn’t know if Jeremy would be ready to commit to Jenn.
“He doesn’t seem hopeful about her,” Jenn noted in an on-camera interview.
After they left Jeremy’s family’s house, Jenn asked him directly if he felt ready to get engaged.
“I’m ready for it with the right person,” Jenn assured.
Jeremy also told her that he was falling in love with her. “I love being with you, honestly,” he said.
Jenn replied, “It makes me so happy.”
JONATHAN’S HOMETOWN
Then Jenn landed in San Diego, where she wondered if Jonathan could open up about his feelings for her.
After the lacrosse game, Jonathan told Jenn that he “might see something here.” But, “I don’t use a term like love lightly,” he continued. “So it’s like I don’t want to say ‘love’ if I’m not completely there.”
That didn’t reassure Jenn.
“I’m worried that he can’t fully rely on his feelings for me,” she said in an on-camera interview.

However, Jonathan, 27, told the cameras that he wanted to get “clarity” from his family before getting involved in anything about Jenn.
When that time came, Jonathan’s sister-in-law told Jenn and the creative director that their relationship might be real because she and Jonathan’s sister Zach took off quickly (they said “I love you” on the third date) and had been married for four years. .
“If it’s the right person, like, the time doesn’t really matter,” she said.
Jenn confided in Jonathan’s mom, Lisa, when they had a one-on-one about her reluctance to move on with him.
“It’s been hard to figure out exactly how I feel about Jonathan because I know he’s holding back a little bit,” Jenn admitted to Lisa.

Lisa replied, “Is he really someone you’re going to choose?”
Jenn said she wouldn’t be there with his family if she didn’t see Jonathan as a real option.
Lisa urged Jonathan to be more open with Jenn. “You’ll never know if you don’t tell,” she told him.
With that, Jonathan felt like he had the clarity he needed.
“This has opened my eyes to so much and I love so much about it…am I getting there? 100%,” Jenn said.
Jenn asked Jonathan to tell her more clearly how he felt. “Jennifer Tran, I’m falling in love with you,” he told her.
Jenn shared the same feeling with him. “I’m falling in love with you too,” she said.
MARCUS HOMETOWN DATE
Jenn ended the week in Tacoma, Washington, where she met Marcus’ parents, Scott and Sue, as well as his sister, Gabriella. After Jenn and Marcus, 32, told everyone about their first skydiving date, the Army Ranger veteran had a private chat with Scott.
“I think I’m stuck somewhere between really, really liking someone and loving them,” Marcus told Scott, clarifying that he’s “not in love” with Jenn yet.
Jenn told Gabriella that she and Marcus have “a connection that I can’t really fully describe.” And despite knowing “exactly how much he feels for me,” Jenn tearfully told Gabriella, “I’m definitely falling for him and I think I’m scared because I also don’t want to get my heart broken.”

Marcus admitted he was hesitant to propose at the end of the show.
“I want to make sure I’m doing it with the right person and I think the speed of it all is something that makes it hard for me to get out of the way,” he said.
But Gabriella encouraged him to relent. “Love is scary, but it’s definitely worth it at the end of the day,” she told Marcus.
Jenn left the day feeling like she could be part of Marcus’ family – and Marcus also thought the meeting went well.
“What they feel about you is an extension of how I feel about you,” Jenn said. “So I want you to know that I’m, you know, falling for you.”
Jenn felt the same way. “Especially after today, I’m falling for you too,” she replied.
ROSE CEREMONY
Before the rose ceremony, all four remaining guys talked over a round of beers about how their dates with Jenn went.
“I felt really good about leaving my hometown,” Jeremy told the other men. “Maybe I should be more nervous.”
So did Devin, who told the group he felt “really confident” about his future with Jenn. “I don’t have any more reservations for her,” Devin added.
As a result, Marcus told the cameras he felt “like I’m behind now”.
“Honestly, it’s a shame I’m not there yet,” Marcus continued. “What are these guys doing that I’m not capable of now? It makes me feel like there’s something wrong with me.”

But Jenn didn’t see it that way. When she appeared at the rose ceremony, she told host Jesse Palmer that she had strong feelings for all four men.
“I’m definitely falling in love with all these men and that’s why tonight is so hard for me,” Jenn told Jesse, 45.
Jenn didn’t sense Marcus’s concern and gave him a rose, and she did the same for Devin and Jonathan, which meant Jeremy was going back to Stew Leonard land.

“Even though it ended like this, I’m at peace with it because I know whoever’s inside will take care of you,” Jeremy Jenn said before he left.
Jenn explained to the cameras why she let Jeremy go. “It’s someone I wanted to see a future with,” she said, “but I just didn’t fully see it.”
