Jennifer Aniston and Mindy Kaling’s Sleeveless Sweaters Are the Practical Layers You’ve Been Looking For

The I never did the co-creator shared a photo of her all-white outfit on Instagram this week, and we could see that her sweater was sleeveless. At the opposite end of the color spectrum, Aniston wore a black version with a turtleneck in Los Angeles earlier this year, while the Princess of Wales opted for something in the middle, a gray ribbed sleeveless sweater.

Going sleeveless will make you feel less like a walking marshmallow with a million bulky layers, and you’ll have better airflow under your coat. Even if you start to sweat, dimple stains shouldn’t be as much of a problem, since there isn’t as much fabric under your arms. The neckline is slightly different from Aniston’s, as it’s not a true turtleneck, but it still looks warm enough for windy days on the way to work or walking the dog. It’s also machine washable if it gets dirty with snow, and comes in sizes XXS to 3X.

This sub-$30 cotton, viscose and nylon find is “a total winner,” said one shopper, adding that it’s “classic and stylish.” They even mentioned the star in their review: “Jennifer Aniston on Friends he seems to wear this all the time.” All the more reason to grab it now.

Kate’s is a great example of how to make the trend more professional. If your office has a dress code, you can put another shirt, like a button-up, under the sleeveless sweater. It doesn’t have to be super heavy or thick, just enough to give extra coverage.
