Even Jennifer Aniston can’t avoid the need to stretch her stiff shorts.
The Morning show star wore a pair of black leather shorts over a pair of black leggings with a black sweater for her Diversity feature story with co-star Reese Witherspoon and while she looked flawless as usual, her behind-the-scenes video on her Instagram Stories revealed that her chic shorts might not have been 100% comfortable 100% of the time.
In a video she shared the same day the interview went down, Aniston very relatably (we’ve all been there) danced around in tights and gently crouched down to stretch out her leather shorts before heading on set with Witherspoon.

Fortunately for Aniston, her situation with her leather shorts was far from that Friends the David Schwimmer character’s leather pants incident decades ago. Who could forget when Ross donned leather pants to impress a woman and ended up in the bathroom covered in lotion and powder turned to paste? Ouch.

Witherspoon matched Aniston’s all-black vibe for Diversity shot in a black pencil skirt and black button-up shirt, and both women wore their hair down and loose. Aniston’s video also showed how much fun the two women had on set together, smiling between takes and laughing between takes.
In the interview, their first since the SAG-AFTRA strike ended, Aniston said of her co-star, “We’re partners. We’re friends. We’re girls and we share all kinds of heartbreaks in life and love and everything.”
The two also boasted about the third season of their Apple TV+ show, which premiered in September, and also teased what could happen in season four if they were sure where the story could go.

“I think it would be great to do something with artificial intelligence and news credibility when things can be manufactured so easily. It’s a really weird time to be in journalism and it just keeps evolving,” Witherspoon shared about the current state of media, which is at the heart of the show.
Aniston agreed, adding, “It’s disturbing to know that so much has been manufactured and can be manufactured so easily and that so many people just take it for granted.”
