Jennifer Lopez Celebrates Twins Max and Emme Turning 16 with ‘Birthday Trip’ to Japan

Jennifer Lopez is celebrating the sweet 16 of her twins!

On Friday, the singer and actress, 54, took to Instagram to share a sweet video of her children Max and Emma celebrating their 16th birthdays with a vacation filled with family and friends in Japan.

The video montage began with Lopez saying behind the camera, “I’ve never seen Max so excited,” to which Emme added, “I’ve never seen myself so excited.”

Set to Lopez’s song “Hummingbird,” the video then cuts to Emme giggling as she holds several piglets before the camera cuts to Max sitting with a friend for food.

“16 🥥🥥 Birthday trip 2024 🤍🤍,” the “Can’t Get Enough” singer wrote in her caption.

Max, Emme and a friend, along with other holiday-goers, were then snapped wearing kimonos and using a mortar and pestle, while Lopez wore a mint floral kimono with a pink sash and a turquoise hair accessory.

The twins’ birthday trip also included a visit to a museum, with Max seen admiring a room filled with large white orbs, while Emme toured a room with twinkly lit walls before turning into a dark place with flowers floating around.

The montage also featured a photo of Lopez standing between her twins while smiling at the camera in a black crop top. The proud mum then planted a kiss on Max’s cheek before walking arm-in-arm with Emma, ​​who was filmed beaming in the shop.

More vacation photos included the party in kimonos and umbrellas, as well as Max and Emma posing with their mom.

The twins also sat across from each other at the table while “16” birthday balloons were lined up against the wall.

“HAPPY BIRTHDAY TO MY COCONUTS, I love you,” Lopez wrote at the end of the video.

Meanwhile, ahead of a birthday tribute to her twins, the star shared a series of pictures of herself wearing an oversized puffer jacket with a gray knit jumper and sunglasses. “Konnichiwa 💚♾️,” read her caption.
