Jennifer Lopez’s return to the stage was of epic proportions.
The singer, actress and producer, 55, was among the stars who graced the catwalk at the 1001 Seasons of Elie Saab event in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia on November 13.
During the 45th anniversary revue, the “Can’t Get Enough” singer surprised fans with a nearly eight-minute theatrical performance that began with her singing “I Will Survive” on a suspended feather-trimmed platform. Lopez’s medley also included her classic hits, “On the Floor,” “Let’s Get Loud” and “Waiting for Tonight.”
In true J.Lo style, Lopez wore a sparkling ensemble that was impossible to miss.
Her look consisted of a sparkly sequined cape that was swapped for a fur coat mid-sequence, only for it to be tossed aside to reveal her shimmering plunging high-neck bodysuit underneath. At one point she even donned a sheer black feathered cape and matching hat, which she dramatically removed. She nailed her choreography in a pair of silver stiletto heels.

She posed alongside Camila Cabello and Cèline Dion, who both performed at the show, and Halle Berry, who made a special appearance in the iconic Elie Saab gown in which she won her first Academy Award at the 2002 Academy Awards.

Lopez’s return to the stage as a singer is the first since her divorce from Ben Affleck after two years of marriage and the cancellation of the This Is Me… Live tour in May.
“I am completely saddened and devastated to have let you down. Please know that I would not be doing this if I did not feel it was absolutely necessary,” Lopez wrote of the unexpected cancellation of her tour in a statement at the time.
Since splitting from the 52-year-old Oscar winner, Lopez has been making fashion statements around the world, from the moment she bared her skin at the Toronto Film Festival premiere Unstoppable (a wrestling biopic from Affleck and Matt Damon’s Artists Equity production company) until her final appearance on the 9th stud.
