Jennifer Lopez has something new to celebrate.

According to the report from The Wall Street Journal on Monday, the singer’s Bel Air mansion found a new owner after it sold for just under $34 million. The eight-acre estate was originally put on the market for $42.5 million, nearly six months after Lopez, 54, celebrated her marriage to Ben Affleck in a ceremony in Georgia.

The more than 12,000-square-foot home was listed with Brett Lawyer of Carolwood Estates. PEOPLE has contacted an attorney to confirm the sale price.

Carolwood Estates took a closer look at the mansion in a video previously shared on YouTube.

In the video, fans get a glimpse of the home’s many amenities, including a chic library and living room, a private theater, and a guest house that can double as a gym or studio. It is located behind a large brown wooden door and is surrounded by a series of natural elements.

His assortment of stone and wood is carried throughout the home. Once inside, the main level also features a living room with an elegant wet bar and fireplace, and views of the property’s spacious terrace. The chef’s kitchen is equally magnificent, featuring two islands and the option of lounging in its own built-in breakfast area or formal dining room.

Also on the property is another separate guest cabin with a large motor court. The grounds have a variety of ways to entertain guests with its 100-seat amphitheater, pagoda with fireplace, entertainment pavilion with full kitchen, private lake with sandy beach and outdoor shower.

Affleck, 51, spoke about his marriage to Lopez during an appearance on The Drew Barrymore Show in April.

“I’ll tell you something that will upset you. Jennifer just eats whatever she wants. Whatever she wants. She eats cookies, ice cream, everything. She exercises. I exercise too, but it doesn’t seem magical that I’m 20, you know what I mean, with perfect skin and all that,” she said.
