Jennifer Lopez is supporting her latest movie Satin in Los Angeles.
Amid reports of strained marriage to Ben Affleck, the actress-singer, 54, posed on the red carpet as she made her Netflix sci-fi action film debut at the Egyptian Theater on Monday (May 20) at the Egyptian Theater in Hollywood. She was wearing a wedding ring.
Lopez also posted an Instagram Reel, showing her smiling for photographers as she walked the red carpet.
Alleck, 51, did not attend the premiere because he is now filming Accountant 2.
Affleck and Lopez tied the knot in 2022, two decades after ending their previous engagement. They currently live separately in Los Angeles due to tension between the two.

Ben Affleck talked about ‘trying to learn compromise’ with Jennifer Lopez before rumors of marriage problems
Over the weekend, Lopez and Affleck were photographed smiling together and continued to wear their wedding rings in public, although multiple sources indicated to PEOPLE that there was tension in their relationship.
“They just have very different approaches when it comes to media attention,” said one insider. “Ben hates all the attention and it makes him very uncomfortable. Jennifer has always had a different approach.”

According to the new film’s synopsis, Lopez plays Atlas Shepherd, “a brilliant but misanthropic data analyst with a deep distrust of artificial intelligence.” After joining “a mission to capture an outlaw robot with whom she shares a mysterious past,” her “only hope to save humanity’s future from artificial intelligence is to trust it.”
Directed by Brad Peyton from a screenplay by Leo Sardarian and Aron Eli Coleite, Satin also starring Sima Liu, Sterling K. Brown, Gregory James Cohan, Abraham Popoola, Lana Parrilla and Mark Strong.
In a behind-the-scenes video of the film, which Lopez also co-produced, she opened up about why his story resonated on such a deep level.
“I read the script for the first time SatinI was very passionate about the story, and especially the story of friendship at its core,” she said in the clip, which was shared exclusively with PEOPLE on May 14. “I was literally sobbing at the end.”
On the surface, Lopez added, “It’s kind of a big action movie, but at its emotional core it’s a story about love and friendship.”
Satin is on Netflix on May 24.
