Jennifer Lopez had to see for herself the Netflix billboard in Los Angeles extolling people not to mess with her like her latest movie, Satinpremiered on the streaming service.
Together with Netflix, the superstar, 54, took to Instagram on Friday, May 24, to share a clip that began with her driving in a car.
“So a bunch of people were texting me yesterday telling me about this billboard that Netflix put up Satin,” Lopez said in the reel. “That’s why I want to see it for myself.”
The clip then jumps to her looking out the car window as she says, “Okay, here he is!”
The next clip is a scene of a Netflix billboard that says in big letters, “DO NOT FS JLO.”

Afterwards, the column showed a montage of photos of Lopez smiling and acting playful while standing under a billboard.

Lopez also posed in front of another billboard Satin with a life-size replica of the mech from the movie.
“Oh look, it’s smoking,” she said of the robot suit. “He just crashed.”
The mother of two then added: “You have to watch the movie. It just came out today.”

Before the video ended, Lopez smiled and told her viewers, “And just a little friendly reminder from there,” as a “DON’T FALL WITH JLO” billboard loomed in the background.
In front of something Satin‘ premiere, Netflix shared an image of the “DON’T F WITH JLO” billboard on May 23 in an X post with the caption: “Any questions.”
Lopez re-shared the billboard image he previously posted Satin Costar Gregory James Cohan on his Instagram stories the same evening.
Lopez returned to Los Angeles after a promotional tour in Mexico, where she shook off an interrupting reporter Satin panel with a question about the rumors of her marriage to Ben Affleck. She answered his question: “You know better than that.”
Her colleague Simu Liu, who was sitting next to her, immediately replied: “Okay, we’re not going to do that… Thank you guys so much, we really appreciate it. Thank you.”

According to the film’s synopsis, Lopez plays Atlas Shepherd, a data analyst with a deep distrust of artificial intelligence, who goes on a “mission to capture an outlaw robot with whom he shares a mysterious past.”
In an interview with PEOPLE, Lopez talked about the similarities and differences between her and the character from the film.
“We’re so different because she’s like… she doesn’t carry any of her emotions,” she said. “She’s so closed off and I’m too emotional sometimes.”
“But at the same time, we’re both very strong and confident in what they’re feeling,” Lopez continued. “Sometimes. She was very sure. She said, ‘This is happening, please listen to me. Please tell me.’ And I’ve felt very misunderstood at times, I can relate to that a bit too.”
