Jennifer Lopez Wears Bold, Skin-Baring Breastplate Alongside Ben Affleck at Elle Women in Hollywood Awards

When Jennifer Lopez goes out to an event, she always closes the red carpet with her style.

The award-winning singer and actor, 54, was present on the red carpet at ELLE The Women in Hollywood Awards on December 5, held at Nya Studios in Los Angeles. She was joined on the carpet by her husband Ben Affleck.

Lopez wore silver chrome armor at the event. The striking top showed off a bit of her lower chest and also bared her bottom. Mother the actress paired the risqué design with a high-waisted black pencil skirt and strappy black loafers.

She added intricate dangling earrings and wore her hair slicked back. Affleck (51) stood next to his wife in a classic black suit and tie.

The celebrity couple — who tied the knot in August 2022 — shared a sweet kiss on the red carpet.

The ELLE The Women in Hollywood Awards honor “the women who are influencing Hollywood today from the best red carpet appearances, women behind the camera to of ELLE own stars from the cover,” reads the description of this year’s event in the publication.

Lopez was among the stars involved ELLE’2023 edition of Women in Hollywood Other honorees include Nina Garcia, America Ferrera, Danielle Brooks, Eva Longoria, Fantasia Barrino, Greta Lee, Jodie Foster, Lily Gladstone and Taraji P. Henson.

During the interview with ELLELopez touched on her thoughts on the growing number of acting roles for older women.

“People realized that women get sexier as they get older. They are becoming more learned and richer in character,” she told the publication. “It’s all very beautiful and attractive, and not just physically, but also inside, the beauty you get as you get older, the wisdom you get.”

Noting how Hollywood’s age standards for actors have changed over time, the star added, “It’s changed a lot, and I think that’s appropriate.”

Lopez also has no plans to put an end date on his career anytime soon.

“It might be 70, it might be 80, it might be 90, I don’t know,” she said Ellaadding, “That’s always been a mindset I’ve had: never let anyone box me in because of where I was born, where I’m from, how old I am, anything like that. Those boundaries don’t exist for me.”

Lopez’s next album, This is me… nowwill be released on February 16, following the lead single, “Can’t Get Enough,” which drops on January 10.
