TNT has no plans to remove him from its screens and is expected to return later this season, reports the Telegraph.

The former English star was fired by the BBC for allegedly sending inappropriate messages to female colleagues.

But TNT have kept Jenas on their books – and he is expected to return after next month’s international break.

The official date is yet to be confirmed.

TNT declined to comment but is expected to make an announcement during the Premier League break next month.

It has been confirmed that Jenas has not been dropped from his commentary duties in Brighton’s win against Manchester United in the Premier League on August 24.

Despite conflicting reports, the TV personality was not actually scheduled to appear.

It is understood that if evidence is found of further instances of Jenas’ inappropriate behavior at the BBC, TNT would change its approach to keeping him on the list.

Jenas is employed as a freelancer at TNT and also represents TNT’s E Sport program.

He commented on Liverpool’s first Premier League win against Ipswich for TNT on 19 August.

But he was not at the match of the day because of the BBC investigation.

And after his “furious” wife Ellie kicked him out of the bedroom, the heartbroken host fears the loss of his 13-year marriage.

The former Match of the Day and One Show presenter, who is now seeing a therapist to help him through the crisis, said his head has barely hit the pillow since the BBC confronted him about the inappropriate messages he sent female colleagues.

The former England, Spurs and Newcastle ace said: “I feel embarrassed.

“I feel like I let everyone down.

“Friends, family, colleagues.

“I’m pretty much as low as I’ve ever been.”

Jenas also revealed that BBC bosses blocked his attempts to apologize to the two female colleagues who were at the center of his embarrassing sex message.

He said: “I wasn’t supposed to contact the women at all.”

The shaken former Premier League and England footballer also criticized the BBC for the way it handled his sacking.

“The handling of the situation was not great. It was fast — and hell,” he said.

“I don’t think there was a plan for when they would announce that I was fired.

“I think they were telling different departments different things. I think it’s shocking.”

Jenas was fired in an online meeting with human resources and senior executives on Monday – five days after the initial consultation process and two days after working on Saturday.

He lashed out at the termination process, which took place over a Zoom call while he was on holiday in Spain with his wife Ellie and their three children.

The former Spurs star said he did not want to be made a scapegoat for the corporation’s failings surrounding disgraced news presenter Huw Edwards and the investigation into bullying claims against Strictly pro dancer Giovanni Pernice.

The BBC recently reformed its workplace culture guidelines after Edwards continued to be paid following his arrest in November over images of child abuse.

The regulations have also been brought in to ensure there are no further abuses of powers following the sacking of Strictly pro Graziano Di Prima for allegedly kicking his celebrity dance partner Zara McDermott in rehearsals.

BBC Director General Tim Davie has since spoken out about the scandals engulfing the BBC.

Mr Davie said the recent news was “shocking” and said there were “lessons we can learn” to create the “strongest possible workplace culture”.

In an email to his BBC staff yesterday, Tim said he wanted to “acknowledge that this has been a challenging period for the BBC”.
