Jersey Shore's Angelina Pivarnick Pleads Guilty to Disorderly Conduct After Domestic Violence Arrest

Angelina Pivarnick resolved her latest legal problems in court.

On October 2, Jersey Shore star, 38, pleaded guilty to misconduct following a domestic violence incident at her home in Freehold Township, New Jersey, in June, which her attorney said is “a noncriminal offense in New Jersey.”

According to Asbury Park Pressthe judge issued a conditional dismissal of the disorderly conduct charge, which means the charge will be dismissed on the condition that the television personality fulfills certain probationary conditions for a year.

Although the terms are unnamed, Pivarnicka’s guilty plea will be expunged from her record as long as she complies. The media also reported that the judge granted prosecutors’ request to dismiss four other charges including: obstruction of law enforcement, resisting arrest, simple assault and criminal mischief.

“All of Angelina’s criminal charges have been dismissed,” Pivarnick’s attorney, James Leonard Jr., told PEOPLE. “She admitted responsibility only for an unpunished act, the essence of which was that she caused a minor disturbance in her own house. We [are] she is very happy with the outcome and is looking forward to putting this whole thing behind her.”

On June 2, police responded to an alleged altercation at the reality star’s home. Although it remains unclear if her fiance Vinny Tortorella is the victim, Asbury Park Press reports that he was in the house during the incident.

This is not the first time police have responded to an alleged domestic dispute at her home.

In August 2023, Pivarnick called 911 after an alleged argument at the couple’s home in Freehold, New Jersey, according to a police report obtained Page six. However, after officers arrived at the residence, Pivarnick declined to press charges against Tortorella.

“I can confirm that Angelina did indeed call the police to her home. After speaking with the officers, Angelina decided not to press charges,” Leonard Jr. said at the time.

Tortorella’s attorney, Elizabeth Rozin-Golinder, also said the couple’s relationship status has not changed despite the incident. “My client and Ms. Pivarnick are still engaged and still living together,” she said in a statement. “Mr. Tortorella denies any act of misconduct that would have required police involvement and denies that any act of domestic violence occurred. No charges have been filed against my client by Ms. Pivarnick or the police.”
