John Legend Celebrates 'Beautiful' Son Miles on His 6th Birthday: 'So Smart, Loving'

John Legend is a proud papa!

The EGOT winner, 45, celebrated Chrissy Teigen’s son Miles Theodore’s sixth birthday on Thursday (May 16).

For the occasion, Legend published a series of photos in which he and Miles enjoy father-son bonding moments. The carousel also shows a smiling Miles holding festive balloons, relaxing in a sun lounger, posing in the traditional costume he wore on a family trip to Thailand last month and playing with one of his younger siblings.

Miles also posed sweetly on the tennis court in one photo and enjoyed a calming moment with Teigen in the water in another.

The legend captioned his social media post, “Our beautiful big boy Miles Theodore turns 6 today!”

He praised Miles for being “so smart and loving and big-hearted and kind of very good at sports despite his father.”

“We love you Miles! ❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️.”

In October, Legend told PEOPLE that Miles takes his duties as a big brother seriously. Legend and Teigen, 38, also have daughters Luna Simone, 8, Esti Maxine, 16 months, and son Wren Alexander, 10 months.

Legend admitted that it took Miles “a second to get used to not being a baby anymore.”

“But he’s really grown into a really great big brother, and Luna is a wonderful big sister,” he continued. “They love to hold their younger siblings, they love to just play with them, and they embrace the role of big sister and big brother very well.”

Now the family of six enjoys their full house. In February, Teigen opened up about the four little ones during an appearance on Show Jennifer Hudson.

“Everyone asks ‘How are the babies?’ And I say: ‘There are a lot of them!’ Like I don’t really know how to answer, it’s just a lot,” Teigen told host Jennifer Hudson. “It’s so good, it’s chaotic, it’s crazy.”
