Jonathan Scott and Zooey Deschanel are feeling happy.
The Property Brothers star, 45, i New girl The 43-year-old actress shared a joint Instagram post celebrating their first Christmas since getting engaged in August.
“We made it… we celebrated Christmas 😻🎄,” they wrote alongside a sweet photo of the two posing in front of a Christmas tree filled with bright decorations and multiple gift boxes below.
On Christmas, Scott also shared a festive photo with Deschanel.

“Merry Christmas from our family to yours. ❤️ I’m so thankful for everything this year has brought. I hope you all have a wonderful holiday season ❤️,” Scott captioned his Christmas post.
The TV personality previously gave a glimpse of their vacation home decor in an Instagram video, sharing that they wanted a “whimsical wonderland.”
Speaking to PEOPLE earlier this month, Jonathan’s twin, Drew Scott, revealed that they went all out decorating their Los Angeles home for the holiday season.
“Since there’s no snow here in LA, Jonathan got a snow machine, so he’s going to make snow [sledding hill]” said Drew, 45. “We’ll bring it [my son] Parker came, and all the other kids will be there. That’s going to be pretty exciting.” Drew and his wife, Linda Phan, welcomed Parker in May 2022.

Deschanel is the mother of son Charlie Wolf (6) and daughter Elsie Otter (8), who she shares with ex-husband Jacob Pechenik.
While speaking with PEOPLE, Jonathan said the busy season will help him and Deschanel prepare for the monumental task of planning their wedding.
“We’re going to get through the holidays and then we have — that’s probably the best party to plan. So we’re going to think of the holidays and our song party … we’re just going to think of all of this as a warm-up for the big party,” he said.
