Jordan Chiles Makes Her Mark on New York Fashion Week in Gen-Z Coded Outfit

From one fashion capital to another!

Jordan Chiles has officially arrived in New York for Fashion Week after the 2024 Paris Olympics, and it’s safe to say she’s taking over the Big Apple in style.

On September 6, the gymnast took to Instagram to share three photos of her latest outfit, which consisted of an oversized dark brown denim jacket and cargo pants (an updated version of the Canadian tuxedo that screams Gen Z) from Las Vegas Apparel, a brand she previously worked with in February.

In the photos, the 23-year-old showed off all angles of her streetwear-inspired pieces, such as fiery scorpion graphics and the word “limited” emblazoned on the back of her outfit.

She combined the set with sunglasses, a statement necklace and orange sneakers. Her hair was braided.

Since landing in the city, Chiles has been keeping fans updated on all the outfits she’s been wearing. At the time of writing, she wore four in two days, including a sporty pleated skirt and a classy maroon cardigan she wore to the US Open on September 5.

However, she was stripped of her medal after a Court of Arbitration for Sport (CAS) judge ruled in favor of Ana Barbosa and Sabrina Maneca-Voine, who initially finished fourth and fifth in the final before Chiles’ score was changed to more accurately reflect the level the weight of her routine.

Chiles posted a series of emotional messages on social media shortly before the CAS verdict was announced, announcing that she would be “removing” herself from social media to protect her mental health.

She made a stylish return to Instagram on August 27 with three sexy bikini photos that have since been updated with the caption “golden paradise”.
