2023 JoSAA Round 4 seat allocation results announced

JoSAA Seat Allocation Results 2023: The Joint Seat Allocation Authority (JoSAA) announced the seat allocation results of the 4th JoSAA advisory round today, July 16. Those who have applied for admission to IIT, IIIT, NIT and other technical colleges through JoSAA counseling can check their results at josaa.nic.in. They must use their Master Registration Number, Password and JEE security PIN to check the Seat Allocation Results of JoSAA Advisory Round 4.

Candidates must apply online to the allotted colleges between July 16 and 19, 2023 for admission to the allotted college. The online report will include fee payment, document upload, and candidate responses to questions. The deadline to answer the questions is July 20, 2023.

Step 1: Visit the official website: josaa.nic.in

Step 2: On the homepage, click on the JoSAA 2023 Round 4 Seat Allocation Results link.

Step 3: Enter the Main App Number, Password and JEE Security PIN

Step 4: Click the submit button

Step 5: The seat allocation result of Round 4 JoSAA will appear on the screen

What happens after checking JoSAA 2023 Seat Allocation Results for Round 4?

After going through the list, all candidates must choose one of the following options:

  • Freeze: If candidates are satisfied with their allocated seats and do not wish to participate in further rounds of allocation.
  • Float: If the contestant wants to get the allocated place but is thinking of more preferred choices in the next rounds.
  • Failed: If the candidate accepts the current position but is willing to transfer to a higher priority academic program in the same institute if that program becomes available in the following rounds.
