Josh Brolin took it all off Saturday night live!
The Dina: The second part star, 56, stripped down to his underwear during his opening monologue on Saturday, as he likened hosting the late-night sketch comedy series to taking a cold bath.
“You know I’ve been doing cold plunges for 20 years, right?” Brolin asked the audience and viewers watching at home as he began to unbutton his shirt. “And the only thing I can compare this show to is that. I mean, hosting is like jumping into an ice bath.”
As a crew member brought a tin tub filled with cold water onto the stage, Brolin removed his shirt and jacket, prompting a standing ovation from the studio audience.

“It’s scary, it’s exciting, your cock is in your stomach,” Brolin explained, adding, “There’s just no way to prepare for that,” as he removed his pants.
“So what you have to do is jump right in!” then he exclaimed. “Surrender to discomfort!”
“Are you ready for this?” Brolin then asked the audience, as they cheered in response, prompting him to step into the bathtub.
“I am inevitable!” the actor then shouted, referencing the iconic catchphrase his character Thanos utters in the film Avengers: Infinity War.
Host Brolin stripped down and cold-bloodedly dived live on ‘SNL’ Saturday.

Brolin was the host SNL for the third time this weekend, when he was joined by musical guest Ariana Grande, who performed two songs from her new album, Eternal sunshine.
Elsewhere in his opening monologue, Brolin reflected on his last guest appearance on the show in 2012. “I love being here,” the actor said. “You know, it’s been 12 years since I last hosted and I miss this place. I mean, so much has changed… it’s not really the same,” he joked.
“… I hosted for the first time in 2008. [the] the musical guest was someone I’d never heard of before… Adele,” Brolin recalled of the time he guested alongside the singer.

Brolin then mocked the song he wrote as a tribute to himself Dune Costar Timothée Chalamet says he’s dabbled in writing poetry in the years since he last hosted SNL.
“I wrote a seemingly super creepy song about Timothée Chalamet. But I don’t think it’s creepy,” Brolin explained. “But you be the judge. Lights!”
In a moment, the studio lights dimmed and piano keys played as Brolin recited his poem: “Your face is etched with adolescence. Your cheekbones jut out towards eyes full of youth that slide down a prominent nose. And on the lips of certain poetry.”
The actor added: “I mean, it’s weird, yeah, but no, I don’t want to sleep with [Chalamet]. I write poems about everyone I work with,” before reciting another poem by Fr SNL star Kenan Thompson.
