The May December star appeared at the Golden Globes in an elegant strapless red Bottega Veneta ball gown and 1,000 carats of Cartier jewelry, including a Cartier Beautés du Monde High Jewelry necklace made of 18k rose gold, yellow and white diamonds and petrified wood, earrings and four rings . Two days later, we still weren’t done with her sartorial choices when Moore and stylist Young did a 180 for the 14th annual Governors Awards — and added her Valentine’s disco ball-inspired ensemble with a touch of Pandora sparkle.

It turns out the exact pair are lab-grown 1-carat diamond studs, available now for $1,750.

The jewelry, available in 0.5, 1 and 2 carat sizes, is part of Pandora’s Nova collection, which recently launched with a star-studded campaign featuring Pamela Anderson, Grace Coddington, Precious Lee and more.
