Jyothi Surekha Vennam is an Indian compound archery athlete who is famous for winning gold medals in compound archery events such as the Archery World Cup, Archery World Championships and the Asian Games. In 2023, she became the first Indian archery athlete to win a gold medal at the World Archery Championships. In the same year, she won multiple gold medals at the Asian Games. She is currently ranked fourth in the world.

Jyothi Surekha Vennam was born on Wednesday, July 3, 1996 (27 years old; as of 2023) in Chalapally, Krishna District, Andhra Pradesh. Her zodiac sign is Cancer. She completed her education from Nalanda Vidyaniketan, Vijayawada. She studied Bachelor of Technology and Master of Business Administration from the University of Kuala Lumpur in Andhra Pradesh. She started swimming at the age of 3. In 2001, she set the record as the youngest person to swim 5 kilometers across the Krishna River in 3 hours, 20 minutes and 6 seconds. - In 2017, Andhra Pradesh Chief Minister Chandrababu Naidu awarded her a bonus of Rs. 1 Crore and a residential plot of 500 sqm in Vijayawada or Amaravati.
- In 2020, Andhra Pradesh Chief Minister YS Jagan Mohan Reddy honored her for her victories at the 21st Asian Archery Championships in Bangkok (2019) and the 50th World Archery Championships in the Netherlands (2019).
- In 2022, she was appointed as Deputy Collector by Dr. S. Dilli Rao, NTR District Collector, Vijayawada Collectorate.
