KH Puttaswamy Gowda founded M/S Asian Cylinders Limited in Bangalore on August 14, 2000; however, in 2006, he changed the company name to Asian Fab Tec Limited. On December 20, 2013, he was appointed as a director of the company. On June 1, 2016, he became a director of Asia Power Projects Pte Ltd.
