Kanda Burruss opens about the adhesive that she holds together her and her husband Todd Tucker.
While on February 27, they spoke exclusively to people on Essence Black Women in Hollywood Awards in Los Angeles, February 27, Real housewives from Atlanta Alum revealed that the couple – which will mark 11 years of marriage in April – shares a similar approach to balance of work and fun.
“I think with my wife and I support each other’s dreams and push each other,” Burruss says. “We always have fun. We have a good time. I’m working hard now, but I’m playing hard, so I think we’re both like that. And I really love family and all that. This is what keeps us connected. ”
In the past, Burruss, 48, talked about his dynamics with Tucker, 51. She had previously told people that she was her husband – whom she met in 2011, when he worked as a producer on the set Rhoa – Is her “teammate.”
“We have a real understanding of each other,” she told People at the Gala Ebony Power 100 ceremony in Los Angeles 2022.

Kandi Burruss says her daughter also harassed fans of bravo: ‘They take things too far’
On Essence on Thursday, Burruss told people that there are currently juggling several high projects.
“I’m currently a producer for Othello On Broadway that Denzel Washington plays [and] Jake Gyllenhaal. [It] He started on Monday this week and we go until June 8th and I would have to say that he is going great. ”
“Also, musically, I produce my girlfriend Psuryn, a group for the girls I currently have,” he explains. “What is so great in this – they are the first group for girls at the age of 22 to have been a number on R&B Airplay. […] They were signed. And this is my first time to take another artist under my wing, under my label to this level. ”
“So, for me, this is one of the greatest achievements to take over a group that people didn’t really know and take them to the next level,” she concludes. “Because at the moment, I keep telling people that it’s time for women in the movie, this is time for women in music.”
