Karthik Jayaram is a 44-year-old talented young man who was born on May 1, 1979 in Koppa, Karnataka, India and grew up in Bangalore, Karnataka. His more popular names are ‘Superstar JK’ and ‘J. Karthik’.
He received his education at Marasandra Srikumaran Children’s Home, Bangalore. He received his MSc in Civil Engineering and Structural Engineering from National Degree College, Jayanagar, Bangalore and Mechanical Engineering from Bangalore Institute of Technology.
After completing his studies, he moved to Dubai and started working as a structural engineer at Praxair before returning to Bangalore to start his modeling and acting career. He attended many auditions but after a long period of struggle, in 2013, he got a chance to work in the TV series Ashwini Nakshatra, which not only brought him widespread exposure and fame but also attracted Director in Mumbai, they gave him a chance. Got an opportunity to play the role of ‘Ravana’ in the popular TV series ‘Siya Ke Ram’.
