Kate Hudson is ready for spring!
The 44-year-old actress radiated beauty performed her new single “Talk About Love” at the GLAAD Media Awards in Los Angeles in a white ruffled dress.
The flowing white layered look was paired with soft makeup and How to lose a guy in 10 days the star wore her hair loose in waves.

“The LGBTQ community supported me and stood by me as long as I was a performer. It’s a privilege to share another facet of my art with my nearest and dearest fans and expand my life’s journey as an ally,” Hudson said in a statement when GLAAD announced her performance on March 7. “Music brings people together and I can’t wait to spread love and joy with queer people and GLAAD this year.”
“I wanted it to be open and in search, in search of something strong. But I also wanted the music to be rock, pop, dance music and even a little bit of alternative records that I love,” Hudson said of the song after it was released in January.
Her final stage appearance could be one Hudson saved for her five-year-old daughter Rani Rose.
“I save them all,” Hudson told PEOPLE of her red carpet and outfit for the event. “I have a very extensive archive at this point. Not all that I’ve managed to keep over the years, but the ones that I have [can]and the ones that are on order and all that, I keep close to them.”
Hudson said each outfit is “really a piece of my personal history” and “art.”

She’s also already caught her daughter “peeking at some stuff” in her closet.
“[Rani] she’s already picking through my shoes, and I catch her opening my closet door and looking in, peeking at certain things, and I’m like, ‘Oh, that already belongs to Rana.’ So I’m sure one day I’m going to start seeing things go away,” she told PEOPLE.

When it comes to her style, the actress revealed that she has no regrets about her fashion sense. She said: “You know why? Because I love fashion and everything I’ve ever worn has always come from a creative place for me.”
“I think there are things that other people may have thought were not their favorite, but for me, I’ve always worn and choose to wear what makes me feel good and how I like to express myself,” she continued.
