Another £500 was spent on takeaways, including Domino’s pizzas in the same month. She spent £2,500 on shoes.
The friend said she spent the money at the end of 2020 – a year after she was first declared bankrupt, owing creditors £3.2m.
On Friday, Price appeared in the High Court, after being arrested at Heathrow while returning from a trip to Turkey.
A further hearing is scheduled for August 27, and Price has been told he cannot go abroad.
A judge issued a warrant for her arrest on July 30 when she failed to attend a hearing on her second bankruptcy, which was declared in March over unpaid taxes of £760,000.
A friend said: “Katie is a spendthrift. This is incredibly worrying. Burns obscene amounts in one go.
She doesn’t care about spending cash when she should be paying her debts.”
In December 2020, Price was pictured buying 14 pairs of shoes from Selfridges. She had six holidays that year.
At this year’s hearing on July 30, the court was told Price had not paid any money to her 12 creditors.
